i currently ship worldwide to most countries supported by Shopify shipping. if your country is unavailable at checkout, please contact me, and i may be able to enable shipping for your location.

international shipping prices can vary by carrier, but it typically starts at around $17.

processing time

orders are shipped within 1-3 business days.

tracking info

all orders include tracking information once shipped. you will receive a tracking number via email, so you can follow your package. please note that tracking updates may vary depending on your local postal service.

combining orders

i will automatically combine multiple orders into the same package if it was purchased in the same shop update, to the same person, & the same address from the same account. i'll refund the extra shipping charges accordingly. please include an order note or email me if you don't want orders to be combined into one package and instead shipped separately. 

delivery times

delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout. domestic orders typically arrive within 2-8 business days. international delivery times vary by country and postal service. most orders arrive within 2–4 weeks, but delays caused by customs or local carriers may extend delivery times.

lost or stolen mail

once a package has been shipped, i am not responsible for delays, lost mail, or stolen packages. however, i’m happy to help by submitting a USPS missing mail request or assisting you with tracking information.

incorrect address

please ensure that you enter your address correctly. i am not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses. if you notice your address is incorrect after placing your order, please contact me immediately with your order number and correct address through the contact form! if your order has not yet shipped, i can change it for you.

returned packages

if a package is returned to me for any reason, i can reship once the shipping charge is repaid. if you prefer a refund instead, a 20% restocking fee will apply, and original shipping costs are non-refundable. 

duties & import taxes

i am not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees that may apply in your country. it is the buyer’s responsibility to account for and pay these charges.
