Refund policy

order cancellations

orders can be canceled within 10 minutes of purchase through contacting me via the contact form. after this window, all orders are final and cannot be cancelled.

returns

united states and other non-EU orders

returns are not accepted due to the custom nature of my handmade keychains.

european union orders

if you are located in the european union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing a reason.

to exercise your right of withdrawal, please submit a request through the contact form and include:

• your name
• order number
• the item(s) you wish to return

once your withdrawal request is received, you will receive confirmation by email. returned items must be shipped back within 14 days of notifying me of your decision to withdraw from the purchase. items must be returned in their original condition. customers are responsible for return shipping costs. refunds will be issued after the returned item is received and inspected. original shipping charges are non-refundable.

defective/wrong items

please inspect your package within 24 hours of delivery. if your item arrives defective or you receive the wrong item, contact me through the “contact” form with your order number. i will ask for photos of the keychain in a subsequent email.

case by case evaluation

all cases will be evaluated on a one-to-one basis. if approved, i'll work with you on a refund or other solution.
