Refund policy

order cancellations

orders can be canceled within 10 minutes of purchase through contacting me via contact. after this window, all orders are final and cannot be cancelled.

returns

returns are not accepted due to the custom nature of my handmade keychains.

defective/wrong items

please inspect your package within 24 hours of delivery. if your item arrives defective or you receive the wrong item, contact me through the “contact” form with your order number. i will ask for photos of the keychain in a subsequent email.

case by case evaluation

all cases will be evaluated on a one-to-one basis. if approved, i'll work with you on a refund or other solution.
